We have our own “Central Kitchen” on the dockside with its own chefs.
This has meant that we can accept a charter even late at night for the following morning departure.
No other charter company here has this facility and it has proved to be excellent.

Each and every boat has their own Chef on every cruise but the Central kitchen means that our purchase manager and central kitchen chef can take an order even late at night and produce and cook the food required in the early hours of the morning to be delivered to the boats.
Thus we are able to easily take care of our customers choices and specific requests and food allergies whether it be normal, vegetarian , vegan , halal, gluten free etc.
