We are now into the full swing of our high season here in Thailand and here in the picture was a pre wedding celebration with 45 guests from Canada.
We took them out to our “secret beach ” where of course as promised were on their own and enjoyed the day without the million other tourists on Phukets beaches.
Comments on their TRIP ADVISOR reviews say that it was the best day out ever and naturally we are very pleased with that , as our goal at TIGER MARINE CHARTER is to have 100 % satisfaction from our customers.
To give you an idea on the day , we picked them up at their hotel at around 0900, by 1000 they are meeting the Captain at the car park of whichever marina we are in and escorted to the Yacht, on boarding they are given a cold wet fave towel and a delicious very refreshing welcome drink of iced freshly made Thai lemon grass drink and some delicious snacks , the Shangani special spring rolls, which has a mixture of chicken , potato, veg and spiced with an Indian flavour. They are given a safety briefing and crew introduction and the crew cast off with the traditional ships horn blast and were off !
On the way to our beach we cruise via some scenic islands where the option of stopping off rests with the clientele.
On arrival at our secret beach location , the crew ferry the customers ashore where our beach staff have already set the scene with smoking bbq’s , tabkes and chairs and the sports nets.
Our traditional Longtail comes out and ferries the drinks , the chef , food , and our Hostess’s to the shore where the Chef gets stuck into the seafood bbq and the Hostess’s lay the tables.
In the meantime before lunch is served the guests play beach games , lie in the hammock under the big shady trees or swim out to the Pontoon bar for an ice cold beer.
Some relax in the floating jacuzzi’s and the children play on the floating slide.
Lunch has a wide variety of dishes and served buffet style and is delicious with a mixture of thai fusion , salads and seafood bbq.
Crisp white table cloths , proper wine glasses instead of the plastic, feet in the sand and a view to die for.
The crew on the Yacht have in the meantime set up our huge and very popular slide where one can slide from the top deck and land near the pontoon bar !
There is time if the guest wish for a scenic phang nga cruise back or visit another island and end with a glorious sunset cruise back to the marina where the transfer busses are waithing to take you back to your hotel.
This day is a fantastic experience and will be as many say the highlight of their holiday here in Thailand.
