I have posted before when our Longtail was under construction.
It is now “Operational” at our Secret Beach .
One of its uses is that if we have a late incoming client that wants to join in the fun on the beach but “missed the boat ” when Shangani left the dock , we send the Long tail to go and pick this person , up, Likewise if somebody needs to leave our beach early to catch a flight.
The other huge help this beautifully crafted boat has, is when the Shangani arrives at our beach , she comes along side and loads up with the beach drinks and food , our Chef , Our two ladies, the Cruise director and her assistant Hostess, beach towels etc and goes ashore so that frees up our dingie to ferry our customers ashore .
in the past , the customers on arriving at the beach see the fantastic set up we have there want to go ashore immediately, so we took them , when they got there , they said ” wheres the drinks ” !!
If we took the drinks etc first , they said ” hey we want to ashore ” !!!
Now with our Longtail this problem goes away, and is used continuously all day ferrying supplies and crew ship to shore and vica versa.
Customers on our beach who want to go for a scenic ride or go and catch a fish are able to use it too , with the driver as part of our service.
