Our secret beach , is exactly that , We keep the location a secret as its off the beaten tourist track and no one else goes there , Thats what we and our customers love about it as you are guaranteed by 99.9% to be on your own there ,
However its still a thai beach and we have to comply with the new laws that have come about .
One of them is you are not allowed to do various things on the beach , like sunbeds , umbrellas , eating , business etc
WE DO COMPLY with the new laws but it does not affect the fun you can have .
The Yacht Shangani beach has natural shade so we don’t need the umbrellas, Our tables and chairs we put in the shade of the trees, just OFF the beach , but you are right there and still complying with the law.
The Tiger marine charter Yacht Shangani toys such as the slides , the pontoon bar , the kayaks ,stand up paddle boards are all on the water , so we are complying with the law there too and our beach bar is behind the beach start line.
There has been a lot of press good and bad about the new beach laws , the good thing is we can use our secret beach without it affecting the fun and privacy we have there and still comply with those new laws.
The bad news is that we can only use this beach during the high season which is November to March when the wind is from the North west , April we can still use it but towards the end of April until middle of October the wind shifts to the South west , and the waves and wind make this particular beach unusable .
So in the low season Late April to Mid October we change our route and find sheltered beaches to entertain our guests, and the SHANGANI Yacht has with her the big slide from the upper deck to the sea and we trail our floating jacuzzi’s.
On our secret beach we rent the land behind the beach line and have installed toilets and our storeroom .
